AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

I have a medical background and can easily differentiate when an injury would heal with home remedies, and when a wound needs urgent medical attention. I had an accident where the knife slipped out of my hand and went and cut my left hand very badly. Blood was gushing out, and despite several first-aid measures, the blood flow was not stopping.

My girlfriend drove me down here. The intake was slow, and it was nearly 25 minutes before the nurse took me in. Another 30 minutes to be taken back to the room and another 15 minutes wait for the doctor. I was on the verge of becoming unconscious when the doctor sauntered in. She takes a look at the wound, cleans it (without any gloves and not even washing her hands), and wrapped the whole wound in a bandage. She wrote a script for some pain meds and sent me on my way.

Needless to say, had to visit another ER where the wound was cleaned correctly, stitches were applied, and the wound was covered in a sterile bandage.

I do not think after the awful service I got here, I would even think of returning back

My wife had been admitted to this hospital due to aggravation of her medical condition. We, as a family, are blown away by the care and affection she has got here. The medical team is very competent and caring. Janice got the best possible care. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure that she was comfortable during her stay here. The doctors regularly updated us with regard to her progress. Due to their untiring efforts, she quickly recovered from her illness and was discharged much before then we anticipated

Good hospital and outstanding staff. They were able to help my mother when none of the hospitals were even able to diagnose what her ailment was. The staff is courteous and very friendly. Very satisfied with the care that my mother got here. Thank you

My wife had an awesome birthing experience. The labor and delivery team which cared for her was amazing. The staff ensured that she was comfortable during her stay. They also took measures to ensure that I did not face any issue while I awaited the birth of my child. The delivery was a smooth affair, and they took wonderful care of my kid. The nurses even taught my wife how to breastfeed our kiddo. Thank you to every single individual who was involved in the entire process...

It was an awful experience. The doctor and the nurses were judgmental. Just because I am black, had a hood over me, and was in pain, they concluded that I was junkie and I was enacting this drama to get some pain meds. The nurses also made fun of me and my accent. Sensing that I would not get proper care here, I left midway, and the staff was least bothered. I even heard one nurse saying “good riddance” when I informed I was going….

Will not step in again
