Hands down, this has to be the worst ICU that I have ever come across. The nursing staff needs to be kicked out. They have got no sense of what is going on, and most of them are here just for their paychecks. The doctors are a decent bunch, but even they have a limit to their patience and cannot always correct the mess left by the bumbling nurses. I feel that in terms of ICU, this is an inadequate hospital. The nurses do not coordinate with each other, and none of them gave me medicines on time. I had to remind them every time for medicines. I was supposed to go for a CT after getting admitted, but these idiots failed to take me on time. Forget about coordination between nurses; the nurses also fail to communicate things to the loved ones who are waiting for any sort of news about the patients.

IMHO, Baptist Hospitals need to designate one medically knowledgeable individual and train the person to coordinate with the family effectively. The present system is sorely inadequate in these regards.

NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!!

They do not know anything about medical care and definitely do not know how to code service. My wife had gone there after a fall, and there were multiple abrasions on her face. The ER gang denied her a CT and moreover sent her home with a tetanus shot and a pain med. They did not even clean her abrasions. I took her to another hospital, where it was confirmed that she had a facial fracture. What is worse, these idiots charged my wife’s insurance over $700…for a bloody tetanus shot…Unbelievable!!!!

My doctor recently scheduled me for outpatient surgery at this place... I received excellent and phenomenal care from the time I walked in until I rolled out. These people did not give me a chance to complain at all. I am not good at remembering names, but I could tell one thing pretty clearly…these guys ROCK!!! Won’t hesitate to come and seek care again

I'm from Wyoming and was visiting my dad here. Yesterday night, I had to visit the ER with severe abdominal pain. I was taken in and attended to very quickly. I was seen by the duty doctor who had excellent bedside manners and never made me feel rushed. Best Hospital and ER! A big shout out to the wonderful employees who treated me well and gave me due respect. Appreciate it

One helluva hospital!!!

My family is a regular here. Both my children were born here, and they took great care of my wife and our children here. The nurses and the doctors are patient-friendly and always seem to have that one extra minute to listen to you even if they are in a hurry. They never rush you. The staff is very kind and ready to go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. During her last delivery, my wife had some complications, and we had to spend nearly ten days here. Those ten days passed off in a jiffy all because of the wonderful staff. Not once did they allow us to frown over the services they provided. I highly recommend visiting this hospital if you want to be treated by a team of wonderful and amazing doctor and nurses.
