Please avoid seeking care at this wretched place. These people do not know how to treat an elderly patient. They are more concerned about money and view patients as a number and a money minting machine. My mother was in this hospital, and they mistreated her. They seemed least bothered about her fragile condition, and they were very careless with her drips and meds. There were few exceptions, but they were few and far apart. The hospital also released my mother even when she was not fully recovered. They also did not talk to us about various precautions that we had to take while caring for her. I ended up admitting her at another hospital, where she passed away after battling multiple organ failure. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

This review is especially for the team that is staffing the emergency room. Yesterday, April 22, 2019, I arrived around 9 pm after my neighbor ended up falling on the concrete after a slip-and-fall. His hand was a bloody mess. The reception nurse took one look at him and immediately directed us to the ER waiting room where he was triaged. We might have waited for nearly 10 minutes before he was brought back. He was given fluids, pain killers and got stitches. The staff was extremely compassionate and efficient. He was seen by a cool and composed doctor. He was very professional and ensured that what was supposed to be a traumatic situation ended up becoming bearable. This ER is top notch. Heartfelt gratitude and ultimate respect

I had a very good experience at Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth! The staff is very quick-acting, compassionate, and they provided excellent care. This was my second visit and both times I was treated very well. The staff addressed all of my issues very satisfactorily. My entire stay during the latest visit lasted for only two hours. I highly recommend this hospital
