The staff is rude......very rude…downright rude. I went to the ER with spiking fever, chills and frequent vomiting. I was ordered to get some blood work. Even though the blood work was completed, these people made me wait for nearly three hours with the results. I could see the doctor and the nurses on the computer and phone, and they definitely were not dealing with work-related issues.

When I could not bear it anymore, I went to the nurse and told her that I have the results with me. She takes the results, goes in, and within five minutes, I was handed discharge papers. The doctor did not deem it important to discuss the results with me. He was busy with his computer. The nurse literally threw the papers at me.

Never felt so humiliated. Won’t step in again.

I am sort of regular here and have always been treated very well by the wonderful staff that runs the operations here. Everybody is helpful, friendly, and always ready to help you. They take their job very seriously and do not shy away from attempting anything that could help you in recovery. Once or twice, I was in a very tricky situation, and it needed some out-of-the-box thinking from the doctors to save my life.

I trust my life in their hands and will not hesitate to return in case of any medical exigency

I had to rush to the ER a few nights ago after I developed severe chest pain and dizziness. I was taken in very quickly and then back to the room in a few minutes. The doctor was beside me in a few minutes. He does a thorough evaluation, orders tests, and later on, explained the result to me. The culprit – low blood pressure. I am advised an overnight stay for observation and then discharged the next day morning.

Very pleased with how I was treated. I will return if any medical need arises
