This hospital provides excellent care, but your stuff might get stolen here. I kept the things in the room and then went for a scan, and when I returned, my phone and headphones were not in their place. The nurse who was in the room feigned complete ignorance about the whole thing. This happened two months back, and I made lodged a formal complaint, but nothing so far.

Do not want to risk getting any other stuff being stolen from here. Won’t be back!!!!

My 65-year-old father was admitted to the floor. While the care was right, there was some mix up with his food. He was given a cardiac, diabetic menu (he is neither). Made a complaint, was assured won’t be repeated, but it just kept on happening. He only got proper food on the day he was being discharged. Never again!

Amazing guys…they do not listen to you at all. My wife was injured in a bus accident and had pain in her neck, and slight bruising on her hand. The ER staff cleaned the wound, scanned her leg, and discharged her. The problem, her leg was perfectly alright, and it was the neck which was bothering her. Wished she was taken to another hospital. Her neck had three fractures

My 70-year-old grandfather was transferred here for complicated heart surgery. The care which the hospital gave him was remarkable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hospital has the best cardiologist, and the hospital is equipped to handle everything. On behalf of my grandpa and the entire family, thank you for providing quality care to him.

The hospital is staffed by some of the best nurses who are very knowledgeable, caring, helpful, and very professional. They know their way around the place and won’t hesitate to walk that extra mile if it would ensure quality care. Definitely recommending it

Taken to Portsmouth Regional by EMT after a pretty bad car accident. I had chest pain from the airbag and was having a problem breathing. The ER team treated me with respect and ensured that I received the best possible care while I was in the ER. The trauma team was also incredible. I was in the hospital for a few days, and I was treated with respect and utmost care during the entire stay
