My wife had certain health complications, and we had to rush to the Pioneers Memorial Healthcare at 3:00 AM. Even during these ungodly hours, the staff was very caring and gave proper treatment to my wife. The staff and the doctor who saw her had excellent bedside manners. I must say my wife received the best treatment we have ever experienced! The staff was extremely gentle and very professional. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. We were out of the ER by 4:30 AM. Great job!

Pioneers Memorial Healthcare has the most amazing customer service that any hospital can boast of. The staff is amiable and highly efficient. They do not mind talking with you if they feel that you are tensed about yourself or about your loved one in the hospital. We have been visiting Pioneers Memorial Healthcare regularly for all our healthcare needs, and we have always been treated very well. Yes, there are times when you would have to wait for quite some time in the ER, but that happens only if you have any minor issue. All said and done, this hospital rocks and so does its nurses and doctors

The nurses at PMH are very busy, not treating people, but playing games on their mobile, talking with their colleagues and loitering here and there. In fact, leave actual nursing duties, these nurses are always very busy. I had gone to the ER, and the doctor had advised IV and some painkillers. The nurse set up the IV but did not insert the needle as she got a call and went away. After some time, another nurse came and inserted the needle and started the IV. She forgot to give the painkiller despite me repeating it a few times. She left because she saw her colleague who was on leave for the past few days. While the IV was running, nobody came to check on me. After the IV was over, a nurse comes and removes the IV and says, “you are good to go.” When asked about the painkiller, I got a blank stare. I left without any painkillers.

I visited Pioneers Memorial Healthcare after being referred for minor surgery. I must say, the hospital was top notch, and so was the staff. Every single medical personnel I interacted with were great. Thanks to the fantastic nursing team, my Outpatient experience became memorable. It will be a great injustice if I do not give a special thanks to the anesthesiologist and the doctor who operated on me. Ultimate respect
