I successfully underwent left knee surgery at Pinnacle in January 2019. I had a great team that looked after me very well. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The front desk was very helpful to get the insurance information and other relevant details sorted out. The nurses, in pre-op, surgery, post-op and recovery were great and very helpful.

Last but not least, thanks to my wonderful doctor, Dr. Kucharzk. Thanks to this great team, I have recovered very well from the surgery and am back to my normal duties. I highly recommend this excellent hospital.

Pinnacle Hospital is a bolt on the millions of hospitals that dot the world. The Immediate Care staff is unprofessional and also super rude. Their unprofessionalism can be gauged from the fact that the doctor who treated me did clean the deep gash that I got on my hand, but did to give any stitches. He just ended up putting a bandage on the wound. They also did not give any antibiotics or painkillers. Avoid this hospital if you care for your life.

Visited Pinnacle’s urgent care due to severe cough and flu symptoms. I was seen in a reasonably quick time. The on-call doctor ordered x-rays to rule out pneumonia. However, the x-rays ended up showing fungus in the lungs, and I had to be admitted for a week. The doctor who treated me was a gentleman and had excellent bedside manners. He was very knowledgeable and did not have any hesitation to talk with me and answer my questions. The level and quality of care were second to none. I loved the hospital experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent hospital to anyone.

Absolutely pathetic. I had undergone a surgery at Pinnacle and was discharged the next day morning with an instruction not to wet the bandage or remove the bandage, and to report immediately if there is bleeding.

Unfortunately, I started bleeding from the surgical site within a few hours after discharge and called the Pinnacle number given to me. A lovely lady answered my call and immediately patched me to the concerned department. The surgical department was completely cold to my situation. They asked me numerous silly questions and tested my patience. Finally, I had enough and asked them what I should do with the bleeding. Their answer rested my case. They very coolly told, “We cannot do anything since you have been discharged. Please visit the nearest emergency room and address the issue.”

I still shudder while thinking about that answer. It is better to avoid Pinnacle. Drive a little longer and go to a real hospital where they care for their patients.

Pinnacle doctors are the best. They are ready to listen to you. One does not feel rushed when talking with these wonderful professionals. The nursing staff is also great. They took excellent care of my wife who was down with fever and lung infection. The care was excellent and thanks to their efforts, my wife was able to recuperate quickly, and now she is back on her feet.

I had spinal surgery at Pinnacle around four months back. The hospital used the latest techniques which ensured that I recovered very quickly. The physical therapists and nurses were skilled and very attentive at their jobs. I liked the fact that they did not hide their names. When they were changing their shifts, the nurses would come and tell whether they are leaving or taking charge. This helped in ensuring that I knew whom I was dealing with.

Overall, I am very delighted with the excellent care that I got at Pinnacle Hospital.

My wife went to Pinnacle Urgent Care for a bad case of stomach flu. She received good care. The waiting room was spotless. She was seen in a very reasonable time. The doctor ensured that we knew what her illness was, and how long would it take for her to get well. Can't recommend enough.
