Guys, I just had the fastest check-in ever at Piedmont Henry. I was triaged and was in the patient room within 15 minutes. It is incredible. The care which I got was also wonderful. The nurse was very caring and jovial. The doctor was a wonderful lady who had excellent bedside manners. She did a quick yet thorough evaluation, heard me out, and then ordered some tests. Once the results came, she came out to explain what the tests told and also discussed the next step. I have never been treated in this wonderful manner ever. I would return for any medical issues

Highly impressed!!! Piedmont Henry Hospital rocks. The hospital gives out a warm vibe when you walk in. The hospital is clean and patient-friendly, I would say. The staff is attentive, courteous, and very professional. They are also very knowledgeable and would not hesitate to think out of the box to provide the best possible care. I received excellent care from these people. I would recommend this gem of a hospital to all my friends and family

I had the privilege of getting care from Dr. Mack. He is the best out there! Nurse Rosemary was exceptional. I am not your ideal patient and have lots of questions and get irritated very quickly when I do not get any answers from the people. Not just these wonderful souls, other people working here are also great. Every individual whom I interacted during my trip to the ER and the short stay here were great. They were friendly and ready to help. The nurse did not get irritated when I kept on badgering her with questions and other doubts. The doc had excellent bedside manners and was very patient and always answered my question with a smile. Thank you, Piedmont Henry, for taking good care of me

The ER staff need a crash course in understanding what an emergency is. I had got my husband here after he complained of chest pain and shortness of breath. He was taken in quickly and then made to wait in the ER hallway for nearly three hours. Come on, guys; we are talking of chest pains and a possible heart attack. Finally, after three hours, he was taken back to the patient room, and the doctor orders an EKG which confirms he had a heart attack while he was here.

The fact that he is alive even after this horrible experience is a testament to God’s mercy on us. Won’t be back and will make it my endeavor to warn others about this hospital.
