This hospital is a complete JOKE. The doctors do not understand any instructions. I am the primary caregiver of my father, and as such, should be informed about all the procedures and everything related to his care. But what do these doctors do, they very conveniently forget to inform me. My father has partial-onset dementia and as such, has difficulty understanding things. So what. They inform my uncle, my dad’s brother, that they wanted to perform a procedure on him. They inform my uncle but wanted me to sign the paper which stated that I understood whatever they have said. I told them bluntly that they did not inform me, so for me to sign the form, they would have to explain the whole procedure to me again. I am the person in charge, so I should know. I am a 30-year-old adult and can understand everything.

My wife and I have undergone several procedures at Perry Hospital. Each time we were treated very well. The staff ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. One thing that I liked was that after each procedure, they asked us to take a survey, and they sure incorporated the feedback. I had once complained that we did not get blankets during an overnight stay. The next time there was a procedure, they made sure we got warm blankets. No wonder people are going gaga over Perry Hospital. The staff is very professional, efficient, and ready to walk that extra mile to help patients. Will keep coming back

These folks are bloody damn slow. I was signed in at 9:30 am, and it has been nearly five hours, but still no sign of me getting called back to the room. The ER is also not very busy.

Perry Hospital ROCKS!!!! I underwent an outpatient procedure a few days back in the morning and was back home in four hours flat. The staff was very friendly and super nice, even in the early morning hours. Totally professional. All of them had a smile on their face. I do not recollect the names of all the individuals, but a shout out to all of them. A real GEM of Houston County.

Took my husband to the ER following severe backache. The registration process was quick, and we were taken in quickly. After a reasonable wait time, he was called back to the patient room. The doctor was beside him in a matter of minutes. A scan was ordered, which showed kidney stones. Appropriate treatment was prescribed, and we were on our way. The time spent in the ER – less than three hours, starting from the registration until we were getting into the car, heading back home
