The staff is rude, pathetic, and have absolutely no regard for patients. They are more abusive to the elderly. My 87-year-old grandpa was admitted here for a hip replacement which went well. However, when it was time for his discharge, no nurse or doctor came to meet him and tell all the precautions. An aide was sent to help him get discharged. The male aide had no idea about various things and was rude to my grandpa. He was walking very fast while my grandpa was a slow mover. Things reached such a point that the aide ended up dragging my grandpa by his hands very fast, which resulted in him in slipping and falling. He also ended up bruising my grandpa’s arm. I had enough of this poor behavior and publicly told him to f**k off. I went and complained against this b*****d to the administration.

What do they do…make my grandpa sit for one more hour and then discharge…no apology, nothing. We are planning to file a lawsuit against the b*****d and the hospital for ill-treating my grandpa. Stay Away from this garbage. They just want money and nothing else.

The registration clerk has obviously not heard anything about HIPAA. I was able to hear everything about a patient (whom I will name X). His age, occupation, medical condition, insurance… What all details were supposed to be private and confidential, these folks discussed it. Show some professionalism and do not discuss these details. Just imagine your details being thrown around… if you cannot keep anything confidential, then leave the profession. You are a misfit.

A few months back, was jogging and did not notice wet surface and BAM…had a fall and ended up breaking my leg and wrist. Some noble souls got me here. I was taken in immediately and then back to the room where a kind doctor came and evaluated me and suggested surgery to repair the fracture. The registration staff called up my family and informed about the accident and subsequent diagnosis. The surgery went off very well, and I was off to my home within eight hours. Thanks to the wonderful care, I am walking without pain, and my wrist is also doing great. Thanks, PH DuBois for the excellent care

Wonderful experience. My wife was diagnosed with cancer, and she was offered superior care. Throughout the numerous tests, appointments, surgeries, they always treated Abby promptly and with due respect. Her general surgeon and oncologist gave her outstanding care. We are extremely pleased with the results. People residing this in the neighborhood should be happy that they have a hospital like this in their vicinity. They are blessed to have a hospital that treats the patients as human beings, unlike their city counterparts, where we are just a number, nothing else.

Just had a scan there. Top-notch care and excellent facility. I am not sure about all the negative reviews that I have come across in various forums. I was treated well, and that’s all that matters to me.
