ICU staff is good and very friendly. But cannot say the same for floor nurses. They are very rude and do not have any empathy for patients. I was admitted after being severely injured in a bike accident and needed adequate rest. These people did not allow me that. They were constantly coming and going out of the room, were talking loudly, and it was a cacophony. The night shift nurses were the worst. I spent five days here, and I hate to tell that I did not get proper rest even for a few hours. An uncaring and totally useless team of nurses.

I had the misfortune of visiting Parkview after a slip-and-fall. The triage nurse (I guess her name was Courtney) is a complete misfit in this field. She does not have any qualities of becoming a nurse’s aide; forget about becoming a nurse. She is rude, very aggressive with patients and talks them down. She misbehaved with me, and when I told that I did not like the tone of her voice, she said that she would not send me in. She also had an accomplice who said that she would complain that I physically assaulted her. Not one to take things lightly, I gave back in an equal measure. My parting shot completely riled them. I told even a dog in a dumpster knows how to behave when it needs food, and you both cannot even match it.

I will never return

My family has been regular here. My dad sought treatment last week. My wife and son a few months back, and my mother sought care here last year. Every single time, we were treated very well. The nursing staff, the doctors, specialists, the service staff, etc. are great and outstanding. Their attitude in dealing with us shows that they really love their job and would not hesitate to go way above and beyond to assure proper care. Thank you, Parkview, for taking such wonderful care of my family

Parkview’s Labor and Delivery unit is the best. I am very pleased that I sought this hospital for delivering my baby. My first child was born in one of the big daddies, and if I compare the services offered at both the places, then I can very proudly say that Parkview has matched the service if not bettered it. Very impressed

I had an outpatient procedure at the Outpatient Surgery Center, a few days back. The people staffing the center was very professional. Things worked like a well-oiled machine. From the time I walked in until sitting in the car to go home, there were no blips. The nurses were great, and so was the anesthesiologist and the surgeon. The surgeon explained everything in detail and also how the benefits and some very rare complications. I liked that he was frank enough. The surgery was successful, and after eight hours, I was out of this hospital. Very happy with the care I got here. Would recommend this hospital for any outpatient procedures
