Do you want to test the limit of your patience? If yes, then get into your car and head to Palisades Medical Center.

I spent nearly four hours in a deserted ER without anybody attending to me. Was the staff busy? Well, yes, they were busy chatting with each other and eating snacks and having drinks. It seemed I was a nonentity. Looking at the way they were enjoying, I, for a moment, forgot the fact that it was a hospital. They might be coming to the hospital just to get their paychecks.

My trip to the outpatient center was completed in a quick time. There was zero wait time. The nurses and doctor were professional and knowledgeable. The doctor explained to me in great detail the procedure that I was supposed to undergo. The procedure went off very smoothly. The post-care was also great. I won’t hesitate to return if there is any need for complex surgery or same-day surgery. Excellent hospital and I must add super clean!

My wife checked in with unbearable chest pain. The idiots in the ER made her wait for nearly three hours before taking her back for two minutes and declaring that there was nothing to worry, and it was just an indigestion problem. No tests, nothing. Just spent two minutes with her and the doctor says she had indigestion problem. I take her to a nearby hospital where tests reveal that she had suffered a heart attack.

Could not believe these idiots. They just did not want to take the pain of performing a test and reading the results. So what if the patient dies – no issues. Our job is to collect the paycheck. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL.

Visited this hospital only once for day surgery. I had a pleasant experience. The registration was speedy and hassle-free. The staff was very helpful and very attentive to my needs. I was scheduled for surgery at 7:00 AM! The staff was on time. The doctor was on time. The operation was successful, and I was out of the hospital by 1:00 PM.

I had to visit the ER on 3/20/19 for severe rib pain. I was not able to breathe properly, not able to walk straight. I reached the hospital clutching my right side. The security guard immediately provided me a wheelchair, and an attendant took me the reception area where a wonderful lady helped me with the registration. I arrived at 8:30 AM, by 8:45, I was being examined by a gentleman doctor. Excellent bedside manners. The receptionist, security guard, the attendant, the person who helped with my paperwork, nurses as well as the doctor, all were very professional and caring. I was asked to get an x-ray, went to the lab, took an x-ray, and within 20 minutes had the results. The doctor made the appropriate diagnosis, wrote prescriptions, and answered all my questions. After two hours, I was walking out straight. Extremely satisfied with this hospital experience
