I've had to get my fiancee to Overlake Medical Center thrice in a month (all for different reasons). Every single doctor and nurse that we interacted with during these three visits were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional!

These folks give it their best to ensure that you get the best care that is out there and are ready to think out of the box if it can help you recover quickly. The staff is attentive and ensures that all our needs are taken care of. The quality of care is also very good.

My fiancée was treated very well all three times. Given the quality of care on offer, we would not hesitate to return here for any medical need. Keep up the good work, folks.

I had a procedure at the OMC Outpatient Center. I never thought the care would be so exceptional. The staff called me about six days before the surgery to confirm it, and then the night before to inform me about the time when I had to report. The outstanding care continued with the check-in, pre-op, the actual surgery, recovery phase, and then the release. Every single individual whom I interacted during the process was professional and very caring.

The facilities were maintained well and very clean. There was no problem with parking, and you have a quiet and peaceful waiting area.

I always care for compassionate and unbiased healthcare. At OMC, I got the care that I was expecting. Thanks to the care, I am back to my baseline. Great job everybody. This hospital is now my preferred hospital for addressing any type of medical need

This hospital is amazing and at the same time ridiculous. The ER is amazing. You have a team that puts in the hard yards to keep the name of the hospital flying high. Rest of hospital is ridiculous.

I was admitted here for observation following spiking fever and vomiting. I was on the floor for nearly 36 hours, and I saw the doctor, sorry RN, only once. The nurses were more interested in getting coffee and food. Patient care can wait…..The weirdest thing is that the nurses (on the rare occasion of interacting with me) talked in a medical-insurance jargon, making it very difficult for me to understand what they were saying. The list of negative things is endless, but I will stop here…

Long story short, AVOID THIS HOSPITAL FOR INPATIENT ADMISSION….you will repent it
