Double Thumbs Up to Osceola Regional Medical Center, especially the ICU and the Neurology Department. The staff were excellent and went way above and beyond to treat my granpa. They treated him with respect and took excellent care of him. Pleasing my granpa is a tough ask, but the nurses and the doctors who man these departments were able to do so. He was singing paeans of this hospital even months after his discharge.

Thank you, ORMC, for taking excellent care of my beloved granpa. You would always be in our prayers.

I would request people to avoid this shitty hospital at all costs! Dirty rooms, dirty hallways, dirty ER rooms, understaffed, unprofessional doctors. Violations of HIPAA is rampant here. The staff is not professional at all, and I doubt many of them come here just to warm the chairs and collect their paychecks. The most unprofessional hospital that I have ever stepped in. Not only these, but the hospital also had the gumption to withhold medicines from my geriatric sister and even bullied the family members who protested. It was only after threatening to call police and filing lawsuit that these f*****g b*****ds relented. Save yourself and avoid this hospital like the plague.

This has to be one of the most ridiculous and worst hospitals in the state of Florida. Trust me, I have been to the worse hospitals, but this hospital beats them hands down. The hospital is filled with rude nurses and doctors who have got lots of attitude. I went there with low blood sugar, but I was tended to only after six hours and that too when I was on the verge of slipping into unconsciousness. This, despite my wife telling these idiots time and again that my condition was deteriorating.

Please come to this hospital if you are 100% sure that you would die within the next minute or so…otherwise avoid it. Just drive a little further, and you would get much better hospitals!!!!

My daughter was rushed there via ambulance after she became very ill all of a sudden. The staff was wonderful and immediately started the treatment. The doctor was a gentleman who had excellent bedside manners. He talked with my daughter calming her down. Once he got all the necessary information, he started the treatment, and after a few hours stay at the ER, my daughter was much better, and she was on her way.

The hospital was very clean. The staff was polite and professional. We are completely satisfied with the hospital and the treatment our daughter got. I would recommend it to everyone

We were visiting the state when we had to visit this hospital due to my husband sudden chest pain. We did not know what to expect at this hospital, but all our worries were put to rest when we saw the warmth and compassion of the staff. They treated my husband well. It turns out overeating Buffalo Wings can cause indigestion (my husband’s diagnosis). The doctor who saw us told my husband to stay away from anything that flies or walks for the next three days…. I loved the look on my husband’s face when he heard this. On a serious note, we are happy with the care that he got at this place
