Made two visits to the Oro Valley Hospital over three months, and both trips were very contrasting. While the first visit was a pleasant surprise with excellent care and fantastic staff, the second visit was a disaster. The nurse who looked after my wife was downright rude. She shouted at her for no reason and drove her to tears. With things going out of hand, I had to intervene. The doctor was also a useless piece of ***t who rushed with her care. This visit has left us wholly disappointed, and we are wondering whether we took the right decision of bringing our business here.

Had to undergo a colonoscopy. The procedure was done by a wonderful guy who explained the whole process to me. I felt very safe in his hands. They kept my wife updated and ensured that she knew what was happening. Planning to get the next year’s colonoscopy here itself.

The ER at Oro Valley Hospital was horrible. I was made to wait for nearly three hours with a bloodied hand injured after a nasty fall on the road. They did not even offer any first aid or even pain meds while waiting. I was taken back to the room after two hours, and the doctor gave a shot, dressed up the wound, and sent me away…no scans to check if there were any breaks.

My wife took me to another hospital. An x-ray there showed there was a break in my hands. Won’t recommend this shithole to anybody.

My family and I have been regular at this place. The nurses, doctors, surgeons, specialists all have treated us well. We have had a few unsatisfactory visits, but these were few and far between. Rest of the times, the staff has treated us well. We will always return.

Received exceptional care in the ER even at midnight. I was having severe discomfort, and my husband drove me to this ER. We did not expect such excellent care even at this hour. The ER front desk, the triage nurse, and the nurse in the room, and the doctor were amazing. They took excellent care of me. After spending a few hours in the ER, I was walking out a completely relieved lady

The staff and the doctors at the ER and the floor are great and know how to handle things. I had come with a complication that the Urgent Care was not able to catch and transferred my care here. The ER did quick preparatory work and moved me to the floor when a team of nurses, doctors, and specialists ensured that they not only identified the illness but also that I recovered completely from it. All of these wonderful folks would be in my prayers
