Excellent ER experience. There is hardly any wait time. They offer private space, and a clean bed. The triage is done in a jiffy. The wonderful nurses and doctors offer speedy and professional medical care. I went in due to a fractured big toe, and was on my way out nearly 90 minutes later, with my toe x-rayed, set and wrapped. A wonderful aid helped me in getting my boot and crutches and also taught me how to use them. This ER is definitely the best-kept secret of the country. I would not hesitate to return any time for any small emergencies or injuries. Thanks, Olympia!

If you want to visit the hospital, hire a cab, and go. Do not use their “valet service.” It is a joke. They might as well use a meter. The goofballs who run the show at the so-called valet service do not want to get up from their thrones and help with the parking. These idiots made me park my own vehicle and then took my hard earned $$$ as service charges. What pissed me off was that these goofballs actually got up and parked another car moments after they denied me the privilege. If this is the service that I got outside the building, I was not sure how would I be treated inside.

Well did not take too long to know…it is the same atrocious service. The ER doctor rushed me through and did not even treat me properly. I stomped out of the hospital in less than half-an-hour with a humongous bill of $600…Ridiculous. While leaving the parking, the goofballs had the gumption to say “Bye. Have a Great Day. Please Come Back Again.”

It’s good that I am very good with self-restraint, or else…..

Needed to visit this ER due to a nasty ear infection. Once I was registered, I was triaged within 20 minutes. After I was triaged, it took another 30 minutes to be seen by a doctor. Come to think of it; these are very reasonable wait times. Once it was my turn to be seen, a PA came and saw me. She was nice and treated me well. She cleared my ear and told the reasons for the infection and how to prevent a recurrence. Definitely recommending this emergency room.

I was a patient of this hospital a few months back, and I have nothing but praises for them. The medical team of nurses, doctors, the aides, and assistants are excellent and very thorough. The support staff like security, housekeeping, and food services are also right there. I spent a week here, and these guys did not give me one chance to the crib. The only complaint I had was the air conditioning in the room was not cooling enough. Prompt service. Clean facility. I plan to return in case of any medical emergencies
