Prince William Medical Center has some wonderful facilities, surprisingly short waiting times, modern equipment, excellent nursing staff, comfortable ER bays, as well as private rooms for in-patient stays. They do not hesitate walking that extra mile if it is the need of the hour. The nurse’s station has turkey sandwiches, graham crackers, pudding, milk as well as juices, which the nurses do not hesitate to share with the patients if the cafeteria closes for the day. A wonderful community hospital.

Unbelievable!!!!! Waited for more than four hours to be seen by the doctor after a dog bite left a deep gash. I told the nurses several times, but it just did not cut ice with them. They were far too busy helping a patient with migraine get medicines and later chatting with each other. After seeing that there is no way I am going to get treated here, I left and sought care somewhere else! This is not the first time! Thanks for NOTHING! You guys SUCK big time.

Well, I had what can be called the fastest trip ever. My daughter was coughing very badly and wheezing and was advised to rush her to the ER. We went there, and Rach was taken in immediately. The doctor was beside her within minutes and did a thorough evaluation. Rach was given some medicine which gave her immediate relief. The staff was friendly. The nurses ensured that she was comfortable during the visit here. The total time spent in the ER was less than 45 minutes

Received excellent care here. I had to visit the Prince William ER at 2:00 AM after my stomachache progressed to such an extent that it was impairing my sleep as well as the ability to sit or stand upright. I had heard horror stories but did not consider those because my situation did not warrant me to make choices. I am happy that I heard my mind and not the heart. I was seen almost immediately and then taken back to the room in minutes. The doctor was with me quickly and then proceeded to do a thorough evaluation and then prescribed medications and a shot. A scan was also ordered, which ruled out stones. Received quick and wonderful care. Thank you
