Brunswick Medical Center is a story of two contrasts…. front desk staff is absolute gem. They are highly professional and do their work very quickly and very efficiently.

However, the ER is an entirely different story. I had to visit the ER with my daughter after she developed a high fever that was not subsiding. We were taken in quickly and then made to wait for more than an hour. The reason – the nurses and doctors were on a coffee break….

I can understand 10 to 15 minutes….but making a sick young girl wait for an hour just because you are on a break is highly unprofessional. What was worse was that I talked and brought to the notice of a few nurses my daughter's condition, but they were least concerned about it

Beautiful facility….

I can call myself lucky that on a weekday, during the afternoon, I did not have any wait for care at all. The ER nurses and the PA were amazing. The way they behaved with me and treated me, one can easily tell that they genuinely cared for my well being. I was very satisfied with the prompt and professional care that I got here. Medical students who dream of making it big and becoming successful doctors should follow the example of the nurses and the PA who treated me

Ended up taking my brother to the emergency room. We got what can be easily called an exceptional service. Every individual we came across was amazing and ready to help. The doctor and the ER nurses were outstanding and walked that extra mile to ensure that my brother recovered fully from his ailment.

The hospital premises was very clean and felt very welcoming and had positive vibes. The bathroom was also sparkling clean. I think the janitorial service does take their work very seriously. Thanks to everyone

Novant Brunswick Hospital is the best when it comes to treating people. The very reason I am alive today and able to write a review is thanks to the wonderful care I got while I was at this hospital. I had gone in with severe chest congestion and breathlessness. I was diagnosed with aggressive pneumonia, and it had spread rapidly in my entire lungs.

I was admitted to the ICU, given a regimen of antibiotics and fluids. Thanks to the Almighty, and the exceptional care offered by the staff, I was able to get back to my baseline a week later. Thank you, Novant.
