Geezzz. I cannot even start saying the extent to which I despise this shitty hospital. Everything about this hospital sucks. There is no neatness, and the staff is very rude and dismissive. For them, we are a big burden, and they would be least bothered even if we die here. I had gone to the ER with breathing difficulties and chest pain. These idiots made me wait for nearly seven hours before being seen. I might have died here for Christ’s sake. There were very few patients in the ER, but even they were waiting. Once I was taken back to the room, the doctor comes in, sees the chart, hears me out and then orders as breathing treatment. I was like WTF….how about some tests for heart attacks, scans for lung congestion, blood draw, etc…? The doctor was furious when I questioned him about the need for a breathing treatment. He told me he is the boss and things go according to his wish and not mine. I was very happy when they discharged me.

Drove a little further the next day and the physicians out there diagnose me with severe pneumonia…

My grandpa uses this hospital as he stays bang next to it. That is the only good thing about his experience at this hospital. They do not treat him well despite his age. For these people, he is just another number. Once he went there with a backache, and they made him wait for nearly seven hours, that too in a wheelchair. Once he had to lie in the hallway after a huge delay in a bed opening up. These people need a bigger hospital with more ER beds so that people like my grandpa do not have to lie in the hallways at his age.

Coming to the staff…the less said, the better. The nurse does not know what the doctor has said, and the doctor outrightly dismisses anything that has been said by others. I had visited the hospital with him once or twice, and I remember telling the nurse what the doctor had said, and she ends up doing exactly the opposite of it. There are some exceptions, but alas they are that – exceptions.

Convincing my grandpa to seek care elsewhere…his life is not safe at this hospital.

This review is for the cafeteria present in the hospital. After an x-ray, my wife and I went to the cafeteria for lunch. The manager saw my wife walking with a cane, and he immediately set up a table nearby. He was chivalrous and ensured that she had the most comfortable seat that the cafeteria can offer. He even asked a person to take care of us personally …we had some sandwiches and some stuff from the bbq station. Never needed to get up and order…just told the guy and it was brought to our table…excellent attitude and the right way to treat two elders who are touching 80s. Very impressed. The food is also great.

Underwent a same-day surgery here. It was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and caring. They also knew their way around. The surgeon and the anesthesiologist were also great. The surgeon explained to me the whole procedure in detail and the benefits of undergoing surgery. Efficient. The surgery went off successfully, and I was walking out a satisfied person after seven hours

Nice Hospital. Excellent Staff. Very jovial, caring, and highly professional. Things work in a well-oiled fashion at this place. The food is also excellent.

Long story short, an A1 place to seek medical care

Things moved very fast when I went to the ER on a Saturday night. The check-in was quick, and there was hardly any wait time. The nurse and the doctors were nice. The doctor who saw me was an amazing person and immediately made me feel at ease. He heard me out and made an appropriate diagnosis. Great ER SERVICE! Won’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful hospital to anyone and everyone
