My husband came here for a complex operative procedure which was followed by a five-day inpatient stay. Everyone, starting from the front desk to surgery, to recovery, was great. The support staff of nursing assistants and housekeeping were also excellent. The entire hospital staff was attentive, courteous, professional, and enthusiastic to help! The infection control protocol also impressed me a lot. They treat it as gospel, and thanks to them, my hubby did not have any infection while he was here.

However, what beats all of these is the excellent homemade food served here. It is very tasty. I don't mind bringing my hubby here for a date…the food is sooooooo good. Now not sure how many of you would have heard that about a hospital.

Long story short, an excellent place to seek medical care.

Unbelievable service!!!

The hospital staff showed me compassion and care. They took great care of me and thanks to them, I am on the mend already after a severe bout of pneumonia. They also showed great compassion towards my wife. Highly impressed with the excellent quality of service. Truly appreciate

The lab tech at this place is a fantastic individual. I went for a CT scan. However, I have claustrophobia and told the tech about it. The tech gave a wonderful smile and said it would be taken care off. She explained to me in detail what the procedure entailed and how important it was to get a good scan. Talking to her relaxed my nerves, and after 10 minutes, I was ready for the scan. The CT scan was good, and I got the results within a matter of two hours…which is fast considering the rush that was there. Thank you

The quality of service was excellent but as always trust the billing department to mess everything up. I had got a cortisone shot at this place. The procedure went off well. However, I received a shock of my life when I got the bill. These people charged me nearly 800 dollars for a shot and other services – which was not offered at all. I called the insurance and told them about the fraud, and they were gracious enough to hold the payment for some time. I went and talked with the NW Specialty Hospital administration about this problem. They were very rude and told point blank that these charges would not be removed and come what may, I would have to pay it or else I would be turned over to collections. I was aghast by this daylight robbery. The insurance company ended up paying off the bill. Pathetic!!!! Shameless Idiots!!!!!

I would avoid this shithole and its f*****g administrators at all cost. I am also trying to spread the message that this hospital cheats and patients should stay away for this hospital.
