My daughter was scheduled for surgery by Dr. Cohen in early January 2019. To say that she had an enjoyable hospital experience would be an understatement. Everybody was friendly and treated her well. Right from the administrative team to the nurses (including RN, an angel if you ask me), everybody was terrific. Everyone was very nice; it felt that they genuinely wanted to help Iva. My daughter is not an ideal patient and has issues with the needle. But the RN ensured that she was very comfortable and she only felt a prick when IV was inserted. An amazing person. The surgery was successful, and Iva has recovered fully. I will not hesitate to return if any medical need arises. Wonderful experience!

Northside Hospital is nothing but absolute garbage. The idiots who work there have no clue whatsoever when it comes to its functioning. I went to the ER with a severely bleeding hand, and these bozos made me wait for nearly two hours without any sort of first aid until I saw the doctor. Once back in the room, the doctor was no better. He just asked to clean the wound and put some stitches and discharged me. No tetanus shot, no pain relievers, no antibiotics, nothing….Unbelievable.

I had to visit my PCP the next day to get a shot, antibiotics, and a pain reliever.

A wonderful birthing experience. To be frank, never thought I would get such an enjoyable experience here. Despite this being my second child, I was petrified; however, thanks to the angels in the hospital, the entire labor and delivery process went off smoothly. The excellent care did not stop even after the delivery. All the nurses were super helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail. Their mere presence was reassuring. Thank you

This review was long overdue, and I cannot come up with any reasons why this was delayed.

This hospital is an absolute gem. I was in urgent need of imaging after meeting with an accident while driving through the state in 2018. I was rushed to this place, and the imaging staff did a fantastic job. They not only did an excellent job with imaging but also took care of my claustrophobia; they were professional. Luckily there were no major breaks. Got first aid, and I was on my way.

I have been to hospitals in my state (Alabama), and I have not received the same level of care at all. People of Canton should be happy that they have such an excellent hospital in their area

Terribly run and the probably the worst care ever provided. The staff in the ER needs a refresher course in manners and HIPPA. You do not behave rudely with the elderly and people who are in severe pain, and you certainly do not call patients with their ailment. I have a name, and it certainly is not “prostate issues.”

Do a favor and go to some other real hospital
