This is a wonderful ER that looks after its patients very well. I have visited this ER three or four times, and each time I was treated well. They gave me the highest quality care possible. The staff is very kind, gentle, and gives respect to the patients. I visited the ER last time for a high fever. The ER doctor not only addressed the fever but also found out the source of the illness. Won’t hesitate to come back seeking care

I had the fortune of Dr. Daniel Sparks treating me two years back. He was the best. A thorough gentleman. One could feel relaxed when sitting with him. For a very busy man, he had no airs about him and was ready to sit down and hear your problems and then arrive at a diagnosis. Dr. Sparks is genuinely compassionate. Northern Montana Hospital is privileged that this great surgeon is on its board. He's a wonderful asset to the community.

The care which I received was the best but had issues with the billing department. They first said that my primary insurance is in their network and would accept the insurance. However, once the treatment was over, they flatly refused to take the primary insurance. They said the hospital is not in their network. I was pissed off and asked how in a matter of a few hours the hospital went off the network. The billing exec had no answer to my questions. I told him that I would pay only through my primary insurance and not through any other insurance. It was their fault that they lied to me in the first place. If I had known earlier, then I would not have sought care
