This hospital lies big time!!!! They display on their website that Medicaid is accepted at their hospital. I am a student and run on a tight budget. Unfortunately, I needed to undergo a procedure, and the cost of it was around $600. Seeing that they accepted Medicaid, I thought I could get it done here.

I reach there ….and to my shock…they demand upfront payment of $600. What about Medicaid? Oh, no...we do not accept it. Must have been put by mistake.

This was a few months back…even today they have not removed Medicaid from their list of health plans accepted.

This type of lying is unbelievable. Not sure if it was just me or it was for everyone, but the fact is that they do lie, and I cannot seek care at a place which does not speak truth

I had a great "hospital" experience while I was in the ER. I had reached the hospital at 1:30 AM after my son started vomiting and had a high fever. We least expected the care we got at this place. The front desk was very helpful and got all the paperwork done in a jiffy. The ER team attended to Rory within minutes and even before I could realize what was happening, he was being taken for scans and other tests.

Finally, he was stabilized, and we were discharged at 6:30 AM. I would never forget the exceptional care that Rory received here. Thank you, everyone. All of you would be in our prayers.

My wife’s stay here was superb!! Every doctor, nurse, and aides who were involved in Bessie’s care were exceptional. They made her feel welcome, and we could believe that her care was in good hands. The staff also gave Bessie a “get well soon” card which had initials of everybody. They even gave her some goodies when she was discharged. Exceptional care. We won’t hesitate to return here in case of any medical need

Hard workers!!!! Amiable staff!!! Amazing teamwork!!!!

My husband was brought to this hospital in an ambulance after getting injured very severely in an accident. EVERY person whom we interacted during his stay here was very helpful and kind. The EM techs were terrific. The ER, ICU and the floor nurses were superb.

The lab and imaging technicians were great. The doctors, surgeons and other specialists were also outstanding. They did everything required to make sure that Joe recovered very quickly. The most amazing part was that they took care of him without breaking a sweat. Thanks, folks...

North Vista Hospital should teach its staff how to set up an IV. My veins were blown up by an incompetent nurse who just could not set up an IV. She tried nearly six times, and in the process blew two veins. Thankfully, she was able to set up an IV on the sixth attempt. Thanks to her competence, I have three large blotches on both hands.

I had visited this hospital for minor surgery. The setting was not pleasing to the eye, but the care which I got at this place was exceptional. The nurses were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The specialist was top-notch and had the patience to explain the entire procedure in detail.

Everyone whom I encountered during the stay - admission, imaging, labs, OP services, surgical room staff, as well as the recovery staff, all were wonderful.

I am thrilled and satisfied with the care that I received here. Would love to spread the word about this place to everybody.
