If you are planning to seek quality medical care in a clean and welcoming medical institution, then look nowhere else. This is the hospital for you. I have visited the ER twice or thrice, and each time, I was treated well. The ER nurses were respectful, caring, and compassionate. The staff were very professional and knew what they were doing. The doctors were very professional and never did they rush me. All the doctors whom I interacted with had excellent bedside manners and were ready to listen to you. To put it in simple words, I was treated like a human being and not just a number.

Absolutely amazing staff. It does not matter if you visit the ER or the ICU or the floor, you would always be treated by excellent staff. Not just the medical staff, but the service staff is also out of this world. In fact, the hospital treats you like a person and ensures that your stay in the hospital is as comfortable as possible. I was admitted to this hospital for nearly a fortnight and at no point in time did I witness any slack in care. Not just the doctors or nurses, even the housekeeping staff and the food servers were great, and always had a smile on their face and did not hesitate to greet you. I was not in a good medical condition when I entered the hospital, but the excellent care ensured that I was on the road to recovery

I had visited the ER three days back. I did not get a good impression when I visited the place. The ER was not clean and had stains at so many places. The staff was very rude and unattentive. They were constantly talking about patients with their colleagues. The doctor who saw me seemed to be in a rush and was not ready to listen to me at all. My consultation with the doctor might have lasted for maybe a minute or two. Completely dissatisfied with the experience. Won’t be coming back soon!!
