The lady who works at the NOCH information desk present on the 1st floor needs to be kicked out due to her rude, snobbish, and dismissive attitude. She was very aggressive while I was filling out the details, and when I was leaving made faces at me. It was pretty childish. By the look of it, I felt that she was not happy with her job and was making sure that everybody knew that she was not happy. She did not greet people, nor did she wish people while leaving. It might not amount to much, but greeting and wishing people do play an important role in making people know that the hospital cares for its people. The lady was unprofessional and disrespectful. NOCH can get much better people in her place

North Ottawa Community Hospital sucks! My son had visited the NOCH ER three days after he had a slip-and-fall. He has fibromyalgia and needs pain meds regularly, and it is all legal. However, after the fall when he went to the ER, the ER says they cannot help him and refused to give any pain meds; despite us showing all the prescription and also offering to call the doctor to talk…he finally ended up getting a steroid shot. He had high blood pressure, but the ER refused to look into that also….they were treating my son as if he was a junkie. You guys could have run a map or do a drug screen to see if he was really a junkie…

We wasted our time here. We should have sought care at Muskegon Hospital. The staff there at least treats patients with respect. New ER, but still the same old pathetic service!

Dr. Eadie rocks. I am pretty impressed with this doctor. She has the speed, is efficient, and is highly knowledgeable. She has that extra minute to hear out the patients. I was happy that I was under her care. She treated me well and got to the root of my illness and also advised non-medicinal approaches to reduce the recurrence of my illness. I am not sure how many doctors would have done that. Dr. Eadie is a fantastic physician. Thank you, Dr. Eadie, to taking care of me during one of the worst days of my life! Appreciate it!

I have been visiting the North Ottawa Community Hospital for the past 50 years, and I have nothing but praises for the people who run the hospital. The hospital is very clean. The staff is professional and ready to help you. The recent renovations have added a punch to the hospital and made it more attractive. My family is a regular here. We have visited almost all the departments that are present in the hospital, and each time we have been treated well. My family loves this hospital, and we do not think that we would even think of visiting any other hospital

My daughter was born at NOCH. The labor and delivery department is excellent and the staff outstanding. This hospital has been a wonderful asset to the community over the last several decades, and I think it would remain so for a long period. The main reason for the long sustenance is the excellent facility and the wonderful team that handles it. Everyone is very friendly and do not hesitate to greet you. The doctors and nurses are very professional and highly knowledgeable….

I can go on and on about NOCH, but long story short, this is a wonderful asset of the Grand Haven community.
