Waited for nearly two hours in the ER waiting room. But the anger of waiting for so long was gone after I met the incredible staff. The nurses and the doctor were very nice. They were very patient with me (I tend to talk a lot). They heard all my symptoms, patiently explained the reasons for the symptoms. They discussed care options with me and told the pros and cons of each option. This has not happened to me at any other hospital. They also ran a few tests and explained the test results.

All in all, was treated like royalty. NKC, you got me hooked. I have decided to seek at this wonderful hospital for the rest of my life.

OMG!!!!

I might have just met the rudest nurse in my entire life. I had a severe migraine and went to the ER. Since the doctor was busy with another emergency, I asked a nurse to at least give me pain medicines. Her response was shocking. “Why do you need pain meds? I have seen many junkies like you in my life. You won’t get any medicines. I know you are faking IT.” I had no answer to this verbal abuse. I was shell-shocked. It took me some time to get back to my senses. If needed, I would have replied to her in her own language, but then thought that there would be no difference between her and me. I asked for her name to make an official complaint. Her answer – write whatever you want. This hospital ain’t taking any shit from you. I just gave her a parting shot – I feel sorry for your parents. They gave birth to an f*&%^ing b*&^h like you. The anger and the way her face turned red after my answer was worth seeing.

Won’t be returning anytime soon…

I hate hospitals! For my entire life, I hated visiting hospitals because I did not like that typical hospital smell and the rushed doctors and nurses. However, I had to visit this hospital, as I was new to this part of the woods and had not yet set up a PCP. I visited the ER and was in for a pleasant surprise. The doctors, nurses, and techs were great. Even the front desk was great. They treated me with respect. The hospital was clean and smelling pleasant. I was in and out of this wonderful ER within a few hours. I highly recommend this hospital.

An excellent hospital run by wonderful staff. My family members and I are regulars at this hospital. We have always been treated with respect at this hospital. The staff and doctors are caring, very friendly, and highly professional.

I once visited the ER late night after severe chest pain. The ER staff took x-rays and ran a few tests. The doctor was not satisfied with the results. He ordered an MRI scan which showed there was a mass near my lungs and would have to be removed surgically. I underwent an emergent surgery and was in the hospital for nearly a week. I was treated very well during the entire duration of the stay. Very satisfied with my treatment
