North Cypress Medical Center SUCKS! The attending doctor released me at 8:00 AM, and now it is 2:30 PM, and these idiots have not yet issued discharge papers. I do not understand the reason for the delay. I have all the test reports and results ready. I just need to be discharged. The logical reason for this would be to charge my insurance for another day. I mean is this hospital so understaffed that they cannot get discharge papers ready. Cannot think of any other reason than fleecing my insurance.

Oh!!! I nearly forgot. These people are lazy bums. I was supposed to have pills which did not have Tylenol in it. I informed the doctor about it, and he was like, “it is okay. You can have it.” WOW, I react to Tylenol, and this bozo is okay with it.

I had a good hospital experience at North Cypress Medical Center. It is a spotless facility. Every staff member is very friendly and positive. I felt it was very easy to get through the hospital to reach different rooms. It is not a maze. The rooms provided by NCMC are pretty large, which comes with a couch which can be turned into a bed. The only issue is a small parking lot. Though I have not faced any parking issue till now, it can become a problem in future

I had to undergo emergency surgery. NCMC took wonderful care of me from start to finish. Everyone whom I interacted with during my stay here was accommodating and kind. The rooms were huge when you compare it with other hospitals. These folks also provided lots of seating options for the guests. The facility was very clean. Have to say that I did not feel like I was in a hospital. I felt I was in a hotel. I enjoyed the stay. Though I hope NEVER return, but if the need arises, I know where to come.

Underwent an outpatient procedure yesterday. Reached the place at 7:00 am for an 8:30 AM procedure. The staff was very friendly. The registration went off without any hiccups. All my paperwork was done by a lovely lady called Jessica. She also started the IV. Every staff member was very nice. When they wheeled me in for the procedure, it was 8:30 AM. Now that is called professionalism and adherence to time. BTW, enjoyed the complimentary hot coffee
