Worst hospital experience that one could ever have in their life.

Unfortunately, I had to visit this shithole for a back pain that was not resolving despite the use of pain meds. I informed the nurse that my pain score is 10/10. Her response, “hmmm.” I was taken back to the room after five hours. The doctor just gave me pain meds and sent me on the way…the only difference it was of higher strength.

Cleanliness in NCMC is something that we cannot even talk about. It was pathetic. The trash bin was overflowing. The bathrooms were gross. There was no toilet paper or soap. The dressing sense of the support services was something to laugh upon. The front desk lady came with tank tops and was showing more than what she needed to do...

Cannot believe they call this a hospital…save yourself and do not come here

I have not visited other sections except for Lab and the ER. The ER was good, but I want to mention about the Lab in this review.

The lab is staffed by extremely friendly and very competent technicians. I had to take an x-ray, but the position was making me uncomfortable. I told the tech about it, and he helped me in trying different comfortable positions. I finally got one, and the tech was able to get a clear image.

Lord, have mercy on me, I cannot remember his name, but thank you for making what was turning into a miserable situation into something more tolerable. Will not hesitate in recommending this hospital to anyone and everyone

I had a wonderful ER experience a few days back. I was brought into this ER after I met with a motorcycle accident, and I was bleeding profusely and had scrapes and bruises. The ER nurse took me in immediately and then within 15 minutes, I was sitting on a bed, being evaluated by a nice gentleman who had excellent bedside manners and was highly competent.

He ordered only necessary tests, got me cleaned up and then expertly stitched my wounds. I was prescribed appropriate meds, and two hours later, I was walking out of the hospital with my friend. Highly appreciated

I had one of the best hospital experiences ever. I had undergone major surgery and was inpatient for a week. The surgery was conducted by an excellent surgeon who did not hide facts from me and explained the importance of having this particular surgery.

The recovery phase also went very well. The nurses were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They kept my family in the loop and ensured that I was comfortable during my stay. In short, these professionals did not give any chance to complain. Highly recommended…
