Ridiculous!!!! Downright Disgusting!!!

My sister was admitted here, and on the instructions of the doctor treating her, several tests were supposedly conducted, including one for pneumonia. When her condition did not improve, I went to another hospital. The doctors expressed their surprise on the number of tests that were supposedly conducted on her. They said only two tests were required and these were not done.

They took an x-ray and conducted a test which revealed that my sister had got aggressive bacterial pneumonia, and her condition was very critical. Luckily, she survived the ordeal. Just cannot think what would have happened if I had kept her at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.

My wife delivered our princess here last month. We had a fantastic birthing experience at this place. The nurses and the doctors were terrific and took wonderful care of both Adele and our princess. The support services were also great.

The food service staff gave us choices for our meals. We ordered different dishes every day, and each dish was very delicious. The nurses and doctors also gave Adele tips that would help to take care of our princess in a better manner. Very happy with the entire experience. We would be back for our second child.

Amiable staff. The doctors, nurses, aides, assistants, tech and even the ancillary services staff were very friendly. I was here for ten days, and these people took excellent care of me. The doctors and nurses were highly knowledgeable and did not hesitate to answer any questions. All questions were answered with a smile. Highly recommended

The ER staff is filled with a bunch of idiots who have no clue on how to treat a person. I have a rare medical condition and regularly get a flare-up of it, and it requires two days of intensive treatment. I was previously in Florida and never faced any issue with the treatment there.

I shifted here a month back and unfortunately had a flare-up of my condition. I visited this place. I told the nurse that I have a particular problem. She rolled her eyes in surprise. She had never heard about it, could not even spell it. The doctor was no better. He was searching Google when I was talking about my symptoms.

Sensing that I could never get appropriate treatment, I decided to leave and seek care elsewhere. Not sure if I would be back here for anything.

The staff working here love their job, and it is reflected in the way they take care of their patients. I was an in-patient for five days, and I do not have anything to complain against them. These fellows did not give me a chance to complain at all. Won’t hesitate to come back for any medical issue
