This hospital deserves negative stars. So many things wrong about it I could write a long ass list. The staff are rude won’t talk to you unless you grab their attention. Even then the chances of them giving a straight up answer is slim. Place is hella dirty you can see trash all around. Even in waiting areas, even in patient rooms. If you complain about it they won’t take any action don’t bother. My mother had a really bad chest pain for days and when I brought her here they were so rude to her .asking her if she smoked. My mother gave up smoking 3 years ago how dare they ask her this. They discharged her when she was still in pain.

Sometimes it baffles me how little doctors and nurses care about patients.
My boyfriend dislocated his shoulder while playing pool and had to be rushed to Nazreth ER.
Now anyone who’s dislocated anything in their body before knows how much it hruts.
I asked the nurse three times to give him something for his pain but damn they are so catty.
Always have something snappy to say making it so much worse.
My boyfriend stifled in that pain for over 2 hours before the rude ass nurse came up to him and handed him some motrin. 2. Hours. To be noted. Horrible staff, no initiative to help anyone which is surprising.

Even if ambulance brings you in no different. They are very slow will make you wait eternity before you will see an actual doctor. You won’t believe they will make yo wait there doing nothing and your only source of entertainment is hearing the nurses talk about their sex lives. Basically the most unprofessional place I’ve seen. Not that I like hospitals to begin with but whatever. Also my room was filthy the sheets were dirty . Awful place.

Would never trust my life with these incompetent bastards. Can’t believe they misdiagnosed my 10 year old by saying she had pneumonia- do you not know how serious that diagnosis is? When in fact she just had a small lung infection which went away with medication. The craziest shit. I asked to get her neurological condition checked out as well and the dumb ass physician didn’t even know what he was looking for. When I told him the kinds of things she’d been struggling with for a while now he just pursed his lips and said, “it’s probably nothing.” PROBABLY?

Yeah that is reassuring coming from a doctor? How crazy is this? I wasn’t ready to take my chances so I got a second opinion at Jefferson. Not gonna lie, they were a lot better. Knew what they were doing and did not jump the gun when it came to diagnosing a child might I add. As soon as came in they asked her to get an MRI scan which they didn’t feel the need to ask at Nazreth by the way. In less than 30 minutes they had diagnosed her neurological condition and that was that. It was much like I’d suspected.

Back to bashing Nazreth- would not recommend them. Clearly they are uneducated and quick to judge. I guess I never thought it was life threatening until it came to my precious child. To all parents I would say why gamble your child’s life for the sake of a hospital that doesn’t even have a good reputation? If you’re confused I suggest you read some of the reviews online, you’ll get a clear picture. Every single one of them talks about how the staff at Nazreth are not compassionate or sweet to patients at all. And I experienced this first hand. Me and my 10 year old.

If you’re pregnant go somewhere else. They have no respect for pregnant ladies especially the nurses. When I asked them to give me some drugs before delivering they were rude to me. Yelled and said it wasn’t good for the baby. I happen to know that you’re allowed to take an epidural or something before the baby is a few cm dilated. Anyway as soon as they told me that I knew I was NOT coming back here.

Had BEST treatment of my life at Nazreth- very understanding, compassionate doctors and nurses at this practice. They were fast with diagnosing me and taking care of me at a whim. Well versed with understanding what I needed and provided it to me.

This hospital is one of the best ones I’ve been to so far in this area.
When Iread online reviews I was nervous but now that I’ve experienced it I’m like why does it have such a bad reputation?
All they want to do is take care of you tend to your needs and make you feel safe and comfortable.
Literally the only hospital that made me feel good in years.
