The lady who works in the billing department should be kicked out with immediate effect. She is dumbass and does not know how to deal with people and how to feed in data. Appalling customer service!!!! Every time I visit the hospital, I have to read out my name two to three times, and even spell it out. I also have to read out my credit card information so many times just to make sure that she got it right. When I ask her to relay it back to me, she gets it wrong. That is not enough; even if you are a regular here, this b***h cannot get your details, either by date of birth or name. The rest of the team is okay, but this one lady ruins the entire experience, always.

I think this hospital provides the best care in the entire Monterey County! I am impressed with the quality of care that I got here. The nurses and the doctors are out of this world. They are professional and know what they are doing. This has now become my first choice when it comes to medical care.

My wife rushed me here after I felt giddy and lost consciousness for a few seconds. The ER staff took me in immediately and then back to the room in a jiffy. The doctor ordered numerous tests and then transferred me to ICU where my tests continued. There was no clear reason for my condition. However, it did not stop them from trying to find out the cause. When they felt things are not worsening, they speeded up the care, and before long, I was out of the hospital. Very happy with the doctors for not giving up on me. Thank you. All of you would be in my prayers

Today morning, took my daughter to the ER after she developed fever and rashes all over. The nurse took her in, and before long, the doctor was beside us. His diagnosis was an allergic reaction and gave appropriate meds. Four hours later, we were out with my munchkin thinking of which ice cream to eat on our way home. Very pleased with the quick and wonderful service that we got here
