The best place to seek care. The nurses and doctors were friendly and did not make any fuss about anything. I was down with a stomach bug and had been throwing up frequently.

Once I puked on the bed, and the nurses and the ancillary services changed the blanket and the bedsheet immediately. Five minutes later, I vomited again, and they changed it again. Did not make any fuss or show faces or complain. Very impressed by the way I was taken care of. Highly recommended!

These guys ROCK and Rock big time. I was having an allergic flare-up and had to visit the ER. The ER nurse, without even getting consent from the doctor started treatment for an allergic reaction. The doctor came and agreed with the steps initiated and did not make any hue and cry about not being asked. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the fantastic team effort, my treatment went off very smoothly, and I was on my way home after some hours. I am highly impressed by this hospital.

I will not hesitate to return in case a need arises

This review is strictly for the ER and ICU of National Park Medical Center. A bunch of nincompoops runs it who have no clue on what is supposed to be done during an emergency and later on. There is a complete lack of communication between both departments. The only thing that they agree to is ensuring my father stays here as long as possible.

The ER did not convey to the ICU that he was in pain and needed pain medications. When I pointed it out, they tried to belittle me and wanted to portray me as someone who was not keen on my father’s treatment. When they realized that I wouldn’t be cowed down, they told some vague stories, not knowing that I was a doctor and knew what was happening.

I demanded and forced them to transfer his care to another hospital, where I could at least be assured that he would get proper care.

Excellent care and outstanding staff!!!

I was an inpatient for a fortnight, and these folks treated me exceptionally well. The nurses were highly knowledgeable and kept me updated about my progress. The doctors were also very friendly and did not hesitate to answer any queries. They explained everything to me in simple English and always encouraged me to ask questions.

By God’s grace and excellent care, I was back on my feet pretty quickly. Highly recommended

I came to the National Park Medical Center because I had fainting spells and one lasted for nearly two minutes. I was having a severe headache as well as overall malaise.

My son told the nurse about my condition, but she was not concerned. The registration took a long time because the front desk lady was busy with her phone. Intake happened about 40 minutes and a fainting spell later. The doctor evaluated me after three hours and ordered an overnight stay for observation. They discharged me the next day after I did not have any spell. No scans were ordered.

My son took me to another hospital where an urgent MRI scan revealed a large blood clot. Emergency surgery had to be performed.

Totally shocked by the way the staff at NPMC treated me.
