I was here for a surgery. Initially, I was quite concerned about my well-being because of the bad reviews I read about the place. But once I started experiencing their services, I had a complete change of mind. The staff were highly professional and meticulous in their approach and I am floored by the way I was taken care of during my stay at this hospital.

The place is maintained very well and clean too. I am impressed by them and this hospital will always be my first choice.

I do not wish to comment on the condition of the whole hospital because when I walked in, I found the lobby and the front desk area very spick and span and one definitely will not have any complaints about it.

But when I got admitted, I was put in a very stinky and shabby room which hadn’t be cleaned in ages. There was some trash lying all over the floor when I was taken in and I had to beg those nurses to get someone to clean it up before they finally did.

And then when I looked around, I saw that the walls had some kind of stains on them as if someone had spit something over them and trust me, they haven’t been cleaned in ages.

And the bathroom was the worst of all. The toilet seat had urine stains on them and the flush wouldn’t work. Ohhh goddd!!! I really curse myself for deciding to go there and honestly I do not want anyone to step into that place.

It was my first time at Naples Community. I spent a few hours there waiting to be checked and then started wondering why I came in here in the first place. I would call the experience to be horrible but at the same time, I don’t think it was a pleasant one too.

I think one of the major issues of this hospital is that it is understaffed. There were a few good nurses I encountered but none of them could be at their best because they had so many people to attend to.

Maybe, the people over there are wonderful but the hospital administration is exploiting them and they are extracting a lot of work off them. I think they should appoint more people who are able and can handle the work efficiently.

I have been suffering from an illness and had to be admitted twice that too on an emergency basis in this hospital and I was very well taken care of. The nurse who took care of me was a synonym of compassion and I must say she did a great job with me.

I was alone most of the times as my daughter stays in a different city but because of the warm and friendly nature of the nurses, I never felt lonely. They cheered me up and made sure I felt good all the time.

Now that I feel a shade better, I am thinking of having them over at my place.

I was admitted in this hospital for a month and I still can’t stop praising the hospital staff because of the wonderful way in which I was treated.

Everybody working there is very professional in their approach. I was taken care of by a team of doctors and all of them were gem of people. I have never come across such a humble team of doctors.

And the nurses always had this warm and pleasant smile on their faces. One of them, I do not remember her name, would wish me such an energetic good morning everyday as she walked into my room and I do not know if she realized that my whole day was made with her good morning.

Such good people and such an efficient teamwork!! Nothing could go wrong when you are in such hands! I definitely highly recommend!
