A big THANK YOU to each nurse and doctor who helped me during my tough times. I was alone here and needed urgent medical attention. This being a new place to me, I felt very lost and desperately wanted my husband to be beside me, but his flight got canceled and he could not be by my side. The nurses, aides, assistants, and doctors helped me a lot during the time I spent alone at this hospital. I left Deaconess Hospital feeling very happy and well cared for. Thank you once again to all the team members

This is one incredible hospital!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

My daughter in law underwent surgery yesterday morning. Her brother can visit her but not her husband. They have been married for nearly 15 years, but still, these people would not allow him, but her brother to visit her. He is also important, but he cannot fulfill the role of a husband. My daughter in law also called me complaining about Justin not being allowed to visit her. Funnily, they won’t even give her updates to him. Joke of a hospital. As if this was not enough when her daughter and my husband went to the hospital, they did not give them any information, instead, they were escorted out of the room by security guards. It is ridiculous. Just waiting for her to be discharged. This is the last time somebody from our family has visited this wretched hospital.

Thank you, Deaconess, for employing such an experienced and dedicated team of doctors and nurses and maintaining high standards of care. I could not have been more pleased. The valet deserves a special thanks for the wonderful service and the encouraging words which surely made our stay more bearable during these days
