Visited the Endo department. It was an amazing experience. I did not get the feeling that I was new to the place. The treated me like royalty. Every individual whom I interacted with was amazing. They were soothing, informative, and very friendly. I was immediately put at ease and had a hiccup-free procedure. A sincere thanks to all the wonderful staff members, including the nurses, assistants and the doctor. The way they treated me, I knew that they loved their job and were sincere about caring for their patients

One of the best hospital experience so far in my life. I was visiting this place with my family, and my son had met with an unfortunate accident. I was not sure if my insurance would be accepted at this place. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She allowed us to start the treatment while checking if the insurance was accepted. Everyone starting from the nurses to the doctors was kind and personable. Luckily, the insurance was accepted, and treatment continued without any issue. I am highly impressed with the hospital.

Worst hospital ever. They made me wait in the ER waiting room for more than two hours even when there was nobody in the ER. Finally, when it was my chance, I was literally taken aback by the shoddy treatment they gave me. The staff was very rude and very dismissive. The PA who came to see me did not have the guts to make eye contact and was in a tearing hurry to discharge me. I might have been in the room for a maximum of 5 minutes before I got the discharge papers.
