I was admitted at Morton North Bay for two weeks and I am happy to announce that I was treated carefully with a lot of love and attention like a gem. I must say the staff is highly professional; they know what they are doing, they know how to behave with their patients and most importantly, they know their limits.

Everything took place in a methodical and organized way and there was absolutely no room for any mistakes. They served me meals and medicines on time and there was nothing that I needed to worry about.

I am back to normal now and it is all because of the wonderful medical care they offered me.

Thank you guys.

My mom was highly diabetic and was once taken to the ER of Morton Plant, around 2 years back because her blood sugar levels spiked and things went out of control. When we took her in, we got to know that her condition was so critical that she had to be bedridden.

I was worried for her as now she could no longer do anything by herself. But the nurses/attendants who were assigned to her took care of her wonderfully well and I was no longer worried or let me say had no complaints whatsoever. Everything happened from time to time and not even once did I have to stick my head in to get something done.

They took really good care of her till her last breath and made things easier and comfortable for all of us, especially for my mom. She was peaceful and happy while she left us and that’s what mattered the most to me.

I definitely recommend this place. I can assure you that this place offers the best medical care with a touch of care and compassion in it.

I have been admitted here since last Monday and I am enjoying the royal treatment that they have been giving me since a week. I am being treated like gold and to be honest I am genuinely loving it here even more than my home.

The staff, especially the nurses are wonderful and they have been doing things over and above their KRA as well as expectations in order to make my stay better and comfortable.

If you ever have to be in a hospital, you should be in a place like this.

I came in to the ER of Morton due to a badly cut chin. I was bleeding all over but nobody seemed concerned about my situation. I was losing blood but they were all cool about it. I begged them to see me soon because it was getting painful with every passing moment. But all they did for 3 hours was get me a piece of cotton to cover up the wound.

I had a nightmare that day which lasted for almost 9 hours and I was billed excessively for the same. And that was when they hardly did anything. I asked them for an explanation on my bill but they had no good answers to give. Finally, they said they cannot negotiate anything on this ridiculous bill and went in to disconnect the call. Such wonderful customer care!

I was duped by these people and I don’t think I would want that to happen to anyone else. So, stay away.

I have been to this hospital twice and the first time, I had a good experience which is why I decided to come back here again. But that turned out to be one of the costliest mistakes of my life.

Firstly, all I received was crappy treatment. They took 5 hours or maybe even more to put a few normal stitches and they blamed it all on the “busy day” when I could see that they hardly had any patients to attend to in the ER.

The best is yet to come – the lengthy bill. They freakishly overcharged me for those stitches and the few hours that I spent there and they charged me in such a way that I had to pay it.

I am never going in there for another costly shitty experience and I would never recommend anyone else to do the same too.

Let me make it very clear to you – if you value your or your loved one’s lives, please do not come or get them here. I have again and again stressed on this point and made it clear to everyone I know.

These people do not care for your health or well being at all. And it is very evident in the way they treat their patients. I do not wish to go over again and again about the bad experience I had at this place but it is an earnest request from my side – DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE SOMEONE HERE!!!! You could be putting lives at risk by doing that. Completely refrain………………..

I hate this hospital to the core. I was here because of a chest pain and they made a mountain out of a mole hill and overcharged me for it as well. Not to talk about the very long time they made me wait; more than 3 fricking hours!

It was not even a busy day professionally but I guess on a personal level, the staff was busy with no time to care for their patients. But yes, they have all the time in the world to fleece money by overcharging their patients.
