We were vacationing here when tragedy struck, and my daughter ended up sick after dinner. Since we did not know anybody, we decided to search for hospitals nearby, found this and reached here using Google maps.

We were ushered in quickly, and the staff got down to work. My daughter was taken in and then back to the room within minutes. The doctor evaluated her and then gave a shot. He also gave an IV for added measure. Five hours later, my daughter was sleeping soundly in her room.

Thank you, folks, for treating my daughter well. My family appreciates it

I had no idea that my trip to this place would be such a disaster. This hospital is run by people who have no clue about medicine.

My story goes like this…I had some uneasiness in my abdomen, and when I touched it, it was rock hard. I am the last person to go to the gym, so this was new to me. By late evening, the uneasiness morphed into uncontrollable pain, and I rushed to the ER.

I tell the nurse my problem, and I am taken in and then back to the room in a jiffy. However, good things ended there. The doctor comes, evaluates me, ask questions and then proceeds to give an IV…she did not palpate my abdomen despite me telling her several times. They also give me meds for vomiting when I did not even have that. My IV was completed, and I was discharged.

The bozo did not evaluate my abdomen…my main complaint.

Thanks to these idiots, I had to visit another hospital where I received appropriate treatment and meds. I will never step into this hospital again

This past Tuesday, I had to visit this ER after I started having problems with my stomach, and I was running between the bathroom and my bedroom. When things started turning severe, my wife decided it was time to seek some medical advice. Since this was the nearest ER, we decided to seek care here.

We were afraid since this was our first time here. However, all our worries were unnecessary as we got the best possible care. Dr. Ted was excellent and told us up front what was the issues and what are they planning to do. It was a nice change, doctors being very transparent with their patients. I was diagnosed with a stomach bug and advised appropriate meds. Thanks to the excellent care, I was back to my baseline within a few hours. Thank you….

I brought my friend to Monterey Park Hospital after she was advised a colonoscopy. We were taken in quickly, and after a reasonable wait period, Susie was taken back to the room.

The front desk was staffed by a very professional team, and their behavior put my friend at ease. These folks were very supportive even during the discharge process. Every single member whom we interacted with were friendly. They made her feel safe and secure.

Thank you, folks, for providing A-class treatment to my friend.
