Mon Health has Excellent and attentive medical staff. I cannot thank them enough. There are so many great things about them that I might end up writing a book and boring other readers. I will put it plain and simple – Mon Health Medical Center is the best. I will visit this hospital for any medical problems.

The staff is insulting and completely obnoxious. My husband was at this hospital undergoing treatment for high fever and severe stomach cramping. The day we were admitted, 12/05/2018, went uneventfully and the nurse took blood samples and went. The next day morning, the social worker and the nurse barges in and accuses my husband of being a drug addict and hiding the information. My husband has never used drugs in his entire life. They kept on repeatedly asking him and even me, to tell the truth, and they won’t inform the police or throw us out. Exasperated, my husband tells them he never used drugs and wants to see the report and wanted to undergo the test again. This got them agitated and said there is no chance that their lab could go wrong. They even threatened to call the guard and restrain him. They were treating us like criminals. After these fu$*&^g ba&^%$#s go, a blood sample is retaken. On 12/08/2018, a nurse peeps through the curtain and says I am clean. That was it. Nothing else. I demanded to speak with the nurse and the social worker. The nurse said they were busy and did not have time for such things. Such things, my foot…I went up to the senior management and made these bitches apologize to my husband.

We would never put our foot again into this hospital

I had a very bad experience at Mon Health. I was here nearly a year ago. I went to the ER and had the privilege of seeing the doctor for “2 minutes.” For that, I had to wait for nearly four hours. I did not take the medications and went to another hospital where they gave me a completely different diagnosis and started me on medications. Thanks to them, I recovered quickly

Very pleased with my hospital experience at Mon Health. From the moment I arrived at the center till the time I was discharged, the staff was caring, courteous, and friendly. It certainly made my time more enjoyable. The food was also edible

They saved my wife’s life! High-quality health care. All the doctors who saw her were highly skilled and very professional. The team which took care of her are incredible - the nurses, aides, as well as the respiratory team. The cleaning crew was also very good.

Mon Health is the hospital which takes care of its patients. I always visit this hospital whenever I have some minor injury or a minor medical issue that needs quick redressal but not a prolonged stay. ER wait time is also very reasonable. The staff is very fantastic and takes very good care of its patients.

This facility treated me very poorly. I was harassed unnecessarily when I asked for an itemized bill. I had been charged $3000 and wanted to know what the charges were. They refused to give me the bill and said it would be sent to collections if it was not paid. I ended up paying it, but still got sent to collections. Shame on them
