Absolutely pathetic service!!!

The ER staff does not know how to treat a person who has fever and chest pain. You do not make him sit in a cold place without any blankets. Secondly, you do not guess every chest pain is a case of indigestion. There could be various other reasons. Lastly, you do not talk about your personal life and sex life with your colleagues. We are not deaf. We can hear everything and trust me, it is the last thing that we want to hear in an ER.

The entire visit was satisfactory. However, the happiness soon turned into sorrow when I got the bill. I was charged nearly $400 for a stitch and a script for OTC pain meds. The care was good but definitely not worth $400. It seems that this kind of hospitals is only for the rich. I am six months pregnant and was planning to have my child here, but looking at the bill for a simple stitch, I do not think, I would be coming here anytime soon.

I do not have anything but praise for this hospital. They treated my wife very well. She had developed sudden pain, and it turned out that she had a two-vessel complete blockage. Immediate surgery was conducted. Thanks to the quick decision-making, my wife’s life was saved. All those involved in her care would always be in our prayers.

This review is for the x-ray tech who ensured that a high-quality image was taken. I had twisted my ankle very badly and was not able to keep it properly for getting a good image. The x-ray tech ensured that not only a correct image was taken, but I also did not have to suffer while the image was being taken. Thank you

Mills-Peninsula Hospital rocks!!! I have visited this hospital three times over the past two years, and each time I have been treated well. The nurses were very attentive, and the doctors provided exceptional care. They did not rush through my care and always had the time to answer my questions with a smile. I agree the prices are a bit high, but the care provided is exceptional
