We had gone to Methodist Richardson Medical Center for delivery of our beautiful princess. It was an exciting time for us since it was our first child. We were very nervous and wanted to learn as much as possible so that we can take good care of our princess. My wife delivered without any issues, albeit with the support of the staff. The nursing staff was excellent and the way they handled the delivery process showed their experience. The doctor and nurses also gave us valuable tips with regards to taking care of our daughter and my wife as well as what we, as first-time parents, should look out for. I am happy to state that it has been a month now and both the daughter and mother are doing very well.

A little word about the hospital itself – It hardly resembles a hospital, it looks more like a hotel, a luxurious hotel.

Thanks and gratitude to the excellent doctors and wonderful nurses who ensured that the latest entrant into our family had a grand entrance!

This review is especially for the cafeteria food served at Methodist Richardson Medical Center.

It is HORRIBLE. Absolutely disgusting and completely inedible. I felt like puking when I put a piece of food that they served. I think the hospital should spend some money and get much better cooks who can not only cook but also prepare some wonderful dishes, dishes that would complement the hospital.

Ew….I guess horrible would be an understatement

MRMC is a beautiful hospital complemented by very friendly staff! I visited this hospital with my relatives more than once, and every time I saw the same quality of care. The staff does not mind in guiding patients, answering questions and most importantly take care of every single patient who walks in through that door. Yes, the ER times have increased due to the increased rush resulting from the closure of Baylor Garland, but then the wait is worth it. The staff ensures that you are not disappointed with the care that you get. Wonderful hospital. I highly recommend it.

Methodist Medical Center at Richardson is a great hospital and an asset to our community. I have been visiting this hospital from the past three years and have always come back impressed. Be it going to the ER or have a minor procedure; I have trusted this hospital. Two months back, my wife delivered our son at this hospital. As usual, the care was excellent. In fact, I sometimes feel that this quality of care is their standard. It gives me goosebumps thinking about what would be their next level…. My family and I are happy with the level of care that we have got at this hospital. I would highly recommend Methodist Richardson Medical Center to everyone because one cannot leave healthcare to chance. I trust them blindly, and I hope you also would start trusting them.
