Methodist Medical Center – most pathetic hospital. They have the most unprofessional staff one could ever come across. It starts right from administration and winds all the way down to the security guards…the medical staff is also into it. Thanks to the “excellent care,” we have decided to drive another 30 minutes and seek care in Knoxville, TN.

I think it is high time that Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge changes its commercials which states that they are professional and best…whom are they trying to fool.

My son and I had to wait for nearly 16 hours for a work that would not have taken more than two hours. The worst part, they did not even allow my son to eat anything…it does not matter to them if a six-year-old is hungry. I had enough and decided to leave…guess what…nobody noticed us leaving the hospital. They will be hauled over coals if they decide to charge my insurance for anything

My sister and I have delivered four children between us at Methodist Medical Center. I have to say that both of us have received the best possible care. The kindness and compassion that we got were at a level that we have not come across in any hospital. The facility was very clean. The hospital offers free covered parking and one can enter directly into the hospital without having to park and walk all the way (unless you drive yourself). Cafeteria food is okay and offers numerous options for guests

I've always received the best possible care at this facility. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. I had not always had the smoothest of the ER visits, but even when there was a wait, the nurses made sure that I was updated on my status. I've been visiting this hospital for years now and have also been hospitalized numerous times. Have received care from several doctors. There have been some bad experiences also, but I can safely say that the good experiences far outweigh the bad experiences. I will always choose Methodist.

I was hospitalized here for three weeks. The trip started with the ER, shifted to critical care, then to the 3rd floor and then 4th floor. Everyone whom I interacted during my stay here was extremely kind, compassionate, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The facility was very tidy, and so were my rooms. The nurses also ensured that I was comfortable during my stay here. Thank you, Methodist, for taking good care of me…All of you would be in my prayers
