My husband became ill while he was driving home from Chicago. Our young son with us. We pull into the Methodist Hospital, where he is taken in very quickly. He was seen in the ER and then admitted to the floor. The nurses and doctors were kind and very caring. The support staff was also very good. They got something warm for my son and a coffee for me. They also provided us warm blankets. We were there for nearly three days, and we received exceptional care from the team. We were regularly checked by nurses, doctors, support staff, and volunteers. The rooms were clean. Very impressed with the hospital.

I appreciate the excellent care that I received at this hospital. I am new to this town and got ill. Was directed to this hospital. The staff took good care of me. I was checked in very quickly. The doctor saw me and diagnosed me with pneumonia and transferred me to the floor. The medical staff on the floor was very caring and treated me well. They also called up my PCP and family and coordinated the care. Thanks to the lovely care, I am back on my feet

Methodist Hospital is a nightmare! I won't recommend this hospital even to my arch enemy. I visited the ER for severe backache. The doctor came and saw me and suggested some warm compresses. I asked him for some painkillers, and he says, we do not do that. I get discharged. I had to revisit this hospital after a few hours with an ever increasing pain. I get the same response. Finally, I go to another hospital where scans revealed a minor fracture in the upper back spine. Methodist hospital should be shut down.
