Meritus Hospital saved my life!!!!

I had to visit Meritus ER after getting badly injured in a bike accident. I was brought to Meritus via ambulance. I was not too keen about this hospital as I had heard a lot of things about this place. But I was in for a pleasant surprise. The staff was very kind and took excellent care of me. The nurses and doctors were great. The staff knew what had to be done, how it has to be done, and they got it done. Highly impressed with the excellent care that I got at Meritus. Thank you. All of you would be in my and my family’s prayers

Meritus Hospital is a good hospital, and the quality of care is excellent. However, the billing of Meritus is a joke. It is handled by a bunch of idiots who lack basic common sense. These bozos fed a wrong address in my details, and they send bills to that place. The result …I visit the hospital, and someone else gets the bills, they don’t pay, and I end up getting calls from collections. When this happened for the first time, I thought it was a genuine mistake and paid off my bills. But three months later, I visited the hospital, and again, a person from collections call me and ask about the pending payment. I was surprised and angry but still paid for it. When this happened the third time, I decided not to pay. I called up the hospital gave them the correct addresses and asked them to send an itemized bill. This was six months ago, but the issue has still not been cleared. I do not know how to make these idiots understand the fact that they have got wrong details. I tell them, they say they understand but end up sending the bill to another address.

I had a major surgery performed at this hospital. Every single individual whom I interacted with during my stay there were great. All of them treated me well. I was very anxious and had planned to avoid the surgery, but the nurses and doctors convinced me against it. They made me understand the need for the surgery and how would it enhance my life. My anxiety resolved, I underwent surgery. Very impressed by the staff at Meritus. Won’t hesitate to return
