This hospital used to be my go-to hospital, but I have finally decided to switch care to another provider. I like two or three nurses and doctors and had been going just because they were there. I had overlooked so many mistakes made by others, but there is a limit to which I can tolerate.

The final straw on the camel’s back was the rude behavior of the nurse when I went there with my sick child. Not only was the nurse nasty, but she also made fun of me bringing my child for mild fever and runny nose.

I did not even wait for the doctor…just got up, went to the nurse, told “fu*k off, bloody b***h. You do not deserve my business.”

I will ensure that everybody knows about this place…coming here for treatment is like putting your life in Grim Reaper’s hand and praying that he does not take it away...

I have not visited any other departments apart from Physical Therapy at this hospital. The folks at Physical Therapy are great. Very friendly, they are honest and do not beat around the bush when it comes to communicating with the patients. Make no mistake, despite their friendly demeanor, they are very strict when it comes to treatment.

Thanks to these wonderful folks, my pain levels have become more tolerable

I had visited the emergency room of Mercy Medical Center in New Hampton after my father complained of uneasiness and chest pain. The staff was very cordial and immediately got down to the task. They ran a few tests and ruled out a heart attack. They suggested an overnight stay, and he was discharged the next day morning. What I like the most about this hospital was that the doctor came down and explained everything to my dad and me. He did not hesitate a wee bit when it came to answering our questions.

I have read a lot of negative reviews about this hospital, but I did not see anything like that during our stay here. Maybe, we were the lucky ones…

I had an outpatient procedure here a few months back. It was a very smooth affair. There was not even one single incident that would have made my day very bad…the team ran like a well-oiled machine..Very pleased with the whole thing…
