The best ER experience ever. I had to visit the Menifee Valley Medical Center ER after a motorbike hit me and made me fall on the road. I had a hard fall and hit my knees and fell face down. I was brought to the ER for care. The staff was wonderful and understood my situation. The staff took me in immediately, and the care started. An x-ray of the knees, as well as the chest, was ordered by the doctor. The chest was clear. The left knee had a crack.

The wounds were cleared, and the knee was put in a cast.

Appropriate aftercare instructions were given, and I was out of this hospital. The total time spent in the ER – three hours, which included waiting for the x-ray results. Very pleased with the way things went. Impressed. Will definitely come back here if any need arises

My sister had one of the worst hospital experience ever. She had to be admitted, and since there was a shortage of beds on the second floor, she was shifted to the third floor. The care she got there was fantastic and the nurses and doctors were very friendly and took great care of her.

A day later, a bed opened up, and my sister was shifted to the second floor. The care which she got was a complete contrast. The CNA was the rudest nurse ever born. She was bloody racist and shouted down even the doctor who had come to check my sister. The CNA on the second floor is a big disgrace to the profession. Not only was she racist, she also complained about everything. It was very clear that she did not like her job at all.

The less said about the security guard, the better. Thanks to these idiots, we won’t be back

My boyfriend had to visit the Menifee Valley Hospital Emergency Room last week after a pretty bad fall. The ER staff was very nice to him. The nurses, techs, doctors made sure that he received the best possible care while he was here. Thanks to their competence, my boyfriend is recovering quickly. We are very pleased that we stay near to such a wonderful hospital. Thank you

The staff at the Menifee Valley Hospital do not take their job very seriously. The way they behave with patients was so disgusting. For them, patients are a big nuisance. My brother was admitted here last month. He was feeling cold, and the blankets were also smelly. He requested me to check with the nurse if these could be changed. I might have walked the entire floor twice, but I could not see anybody.

Finally, I caught hold of two nurses in the breakroom. They were busy talking with each and laughing out loud. I saw them exchanging food. It seemed they were lost in their world. They completely ignored others present there. I interrupted their talking session and asked for a new set of blankets. The ladies rolled their eyes and blurted out, “will give you, wait.” The “wait” turned to two hours and my brother ended up sitting in a chair till it was changed... Very unprofessional

My experience here has always been great. The ER is small and very busy. It is staffed by some highly knowledgeable nurses and doctors who seem to genuinely care for their patients. Very pleased with the care that I have always got here
