The billing department SUCKS!!! They made a mess of my bill. I pointed out several mistakes to them, and they graciously accepted their mistakes. But then, it is taking them eons to get these errors rectified. I can understand a delay of 10 to 15 days, but six months to correct the mistakes which should not have crept into the bill in the first place is a bit too much. I have decided to stop making payments until these errors are rectified.

I had a pathetic time in the ER. A wait time of five hours when there were hardly four patients is ridiculous. As if the long wait time was not enough, the doctor who saw me rushed through my care. She might have spent only one to two minutes with me. Canned questions, no tests, just a diagnosis which I am not sure is even correct. Completely pissed off with this hospital. Planning to take my business elsewhere!!!

Very good experience. I ended up visiting the ER at 2:00 AM after feeling a sharp twinge of pain on my left side. Worried it might be a heart attack, my wife drove me here. The ER triage nurse and the doctor did not waste any time and ran a full battery of tests which ruled out a heart attack. It was a muscle pull which mimicked a heart attack. The doctor explained why it happened and asked me to take it easy for a few days. A pleasant experience

No amount of words can describe and praise the commitment of this wonderful hospital. I had scheduled imaging, but it was nearly canceled due to the non-availability of the tech. The imaging department asked me if I was willing to wait for some time. They arranged for an alternate technician, and I was able to complete my scheduled appointment on the same day.

I do not think any other hospital would have done that. I always liked this hospital and its professional staff. This act by them has taken my affection for them to the next level. Thank you!

The staff is amazing. They do not have any airs. I was visiting my niece, and I was able to witness firsthand the wonderful care that they provided to Jenz. They answered all the questions that the family members threw at them and every single answer was given with a smile. Very impressive

Amazing Hospital!!! Excellent Staff!!!!

I am pleased with the way these people treated my husband. Even though we were between insurances, there was no negligence on their part. They treated him well and ensured that he was cured. Thank you Memorial Hospital for giving back Jeff to me
