Absolutely terrible experience in the ER. I went there at 2:00 AM and was met by an utterly clueless nurse. Either she was sleeping or was completely disinterested in attending to the patients.

She ended up making some fundamental mistakes. The doctor had airs about him. He was snooty and rushed through the care.

A specialist opinion was required, and this bugger took nearly three hours to call up a specialist. He also did not deem it necessary to keep us updated about the situation. We felt that these people just forgot about us. If they were not able to link up with the specialist, they could have told us; instead, they made us wait for three hours.

I could go on and on…but won’t. Long story short, avoid this dump. You can get much better care at any other hospital.

Had to get some blood work done and my PCP referred me to this hospital. I had a good experience here. The tech was very friendly and professional; so were the others. The whole visit lasted just 30 minutes. Everything moved smoothly. Definitely recommend!

One of the best emergency rooms that I have ever come across. The ER team was very caring and attentive to my needs. The staff was very prompt and explained everything in a language which I could understand. The instructions were also relayed in simple language. I would definitely continue seeking care here

This is an outstanding hospital, a hospital where the staff communicates with each other as well as the patients. I had major surgery and was shifted to the ICU and then the floor. At no point did I face any problem. Even though the shift changed, the new nurse knew exactly what my problem was and what my status was. Usually, shift changes result in chaos, but not here. Here, everything went in a smooth fashion.

The new nurses were also able to give accurate updates to both me as well as my family members who were waiting on me

I seriously think that the staff manning this ER feels that people who come here seeking care do not have anything else to do and are willing to wait for hours on end. Worse, they even lie about the updates.

I was told five hours ago that there were only five people in front of me and I would be seen soon. However, there has been no movement in the ER. I saw a few people get up and leave as they were not able to wait any longer. I would soon join the line of people who are walking out…waiting for 15 minutes more…
