I went to Katy Memorial Hermann on February 16, 2019, for getting an enema from the ER as ordered by my doctor. I waited for four hours for a nurse to show up to conduct the enema. My surgeon walks by and is surprised that I am still in the emergency and asked me why was I there. I told nobody came to get the enema done. Even he was surprised by the inexplicable delay. I told him that I was told that it might take even longer. I informed him that I was leaving AMA and not planning to seek surgery here again. It was not his fault, but I despised the utter lack of urgency here. The icing on the cake – they billed me $800 and above for waiting in the ER.

Writing this review to inform the public to avoid the hospital at all cost. You will not get any treatment but would certainly be billed. Be careful

My wife was brought and admitted to the ER last week, and after stabilization, was shifted to ICU. During the six-day stay, Rose received outstanding medical care and support. Her doctors did not mind spending some time with us in explaining the various options and the potential outcomes. They were also there whenever we had some doubt. The nursing staff was very attentive, and my wife always had a nurse in her room. The staff also ensured that I was comfortable during Rose’s stay here. We stayed there for nearly six days and were very satisfied with the way they treated her. Very impressed with the care she got. Highly recommended

My ten-year-old had to undergo major surgery, and her doctor advised Katy Hospital. A very good decision. The folks were amazing!!! Everything went on smoothly, right from check-in to discharge. Very happy with the care Rachel received
