Terrible hospital! Filled with some of the most insensitive people around. I had the misfortune of being admitted here two years back, and the horror stories are still fresh in my memory. I was admitted to the ER and was surrounded by people who were in agonizing pain, and the staff was least bothered. Patients were screaming to no avail. Monitors were beeping, but the nurses just walked by without even bothering to see why it was beeping. I was put on an IV, and the monitor started beeping when the bag was completed. Nobody came to remove it for at least an hour. Finally, I removed it myself.

Wondering what the nurses were doing…well, they were busy playing with each other or chitchatting; anything apart from working. There were also two nurses who were arguing with each other. The topic – who would go to lunch with Ric….there was a lot of other inappropriate conversations also.

I was very happy when the doctor discharged me. Mind you, I was admitted here for dehydration, and it lasted for some hours. I cannot think about what all things I would have seen or heard if I was admitted for longer hours. Complete incompetence. Despicable. Stay away from this place.

Visited my uncle who just completed his surgery here. Never have I seen my uncle beaming with so much satisfaction. He does not get satisfied very easily and always ends up picking holes in services. But these folks did not give him a chance to pick holes it seems. Now that is something. Hope the excellent care continues forever

I had an outpatient procedure performed here. Unfortunately, I ended up having some complications and had to be shifted to the ICU. The care that I got at ICU was exceptional. The doctors and nurses were always around in case I needed something or wanted some answers. They kept my husband in the loop, and after a two-day stay, I was discharged. A sincere thanks to everyone involved in my care. All would be in our prayers
