One sincere advice…if this is the last option you have for getting yourself treated, then save yourself some money and stay home and try to get healed naturally.

The people who work here don’t care if you are alive or dead. For them, you are just a nuisance which should be kicked out of the ER as early as possible. You are only a number and nothing else. I was misdiagnosed by these idiots and had to get admitted to a real hospital where prompt action resulted in me living again.

This hospital should be shuttered. Period.

The Medical West ER should retrain people on what is an emergency and what is not. An ingrown toenail is a medical emergency for them, while a patient with shards of glass on the face and broken hand and leg can wait.

My fiancée was at this shithole after an accident and what do these idiots do, just ignore her for two hours and then rush through the care. She ended up getting a soft cast, some pain meds, and a referral to see an orthopedist.

They did not even clean her face off the glass. Pathetic!!!!!

Rexxie had to be taken to a nearby hospital where a surgery was done to set right the broken hand and leg.

Medical West Staff treated me well. I had broken my hip and needed surgery to set it right. I was in-patient for nearly three weeks and did not face any issues here. The nurses and doctors were incredible and ensured that I was comfortable, and so was my wife, who was keeping vigil.

The therapists at the Rehab Unit did an excellent job of getting me to stand on my feet again and make me walk again. It has been few months, and I can walk some distance without any help. Work in progress...

Thanks

Excellent hospital!!!! Exceptional Staff!!!

They are highly competent and know their way around. I was admitted on the floor for a few days after being transferred from another hospital. The nurses were terrific and made sure that my stay here was as comfortable as possible. The doctors were phenomenal and regularly interacted with my husband and me and kept us updated with my progress. The staff was friendly, and the doctors and nurses always pulled each other’s legs and cracked jokes.

But it did not take away the dedication and commitment to their work. Their excellent care ensured that I was back on my feet after being bedridden for a month
